The December Board Meeting will be held immediately following the Annual Meeting.

Requesting Nominations for 2023 Charitable Activities

In 2022 the Board established a Public Service Committee whose role is to identify, select and support charities that would benefit from Appalachian Region activities. It is that time of year to solicit nominations for 2023 charities.

The Public Service Chair is David Angelus who works with David Butler, Paula Caycedo, Scott Pleune and Yohan Sookdeo to review the nominations in order to make a recommendation to the Board for charities to support. You can review the approved strategy on the Appalachian Region web site on the Public Service page.

If you have a Charity or Public Service that you would like to nominate for Appalachian Region support in 2023 please read the process and submit your Charity Nomination via the submission form on the new Public Service web page. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Public Service Committee using this link.

Deadline for Nominations: Friday, January 13, 2023
