What a day for a drive! A cool fall morning drive to Flat Rock was just the beginning of a stunning day of sunshine, warm temperatures, and cloud-free skies as we made our way to Saluda.

We were only missing the Pacific Ocean in the background to rival the famous Pebble Beach Concours. Our own version of a golf course concours featured Porsches displayed to perfection on the fairway at MeadowView Marriott Resort in Kingsport, Tennessee.

Last year's Fall Color Tour was one of most popular driving tours of the year. A similar, but different route, has been planned for 2026 with 93 miles of beautiful scenery and Porsche driving roads. Our morning starts in Marion before we immediately point the nose upward, climbing the breathtaking sweeping curves of NC-80. From there, we carve our way across Double Island and drop back down through the technical, rewarding curves of Route 226. The journey loops around the sparkling waters of Lake James, leading right to our destination: Bones Jones Burgers & Butchery. 
This is a low-key event that you come and go as your schedule allows anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. The focus is on socializing together around the common interest of Porsches. Since today is Halloween, there will be a Frunk or Treat contest for the best decorated Frunk with candy and coffee for all. Location: Prescott Auto Reserve, Hendersonville.
At this Porsche Asheville Tech Session you will have the rare chance to see a 911 flat-six engine not only out the car but torn down right to the case piece by piece. A 992 variant is currently awaiting a new case so the Service Department will provide an overview of the insides of a Porsche 911 engine. Coffee, water and breakfast sandwiches will be served. 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. in the Porsche Asheville Service Department.
