Treffen Asheville is almost upon us and here are a few reminders.
Appalachian Region members:
- All Appalachian Region members are invited to attend the Treffen Asheville opening social in the Skyview Room/Mountainview Terrace (Omni Grove Park Inn) on Wednesday, September 20th, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. There will be a cash bar available for non-registrants.
Treffen Asheville Drive and OGPI volunteers:
- The volunteer t-shirts should be delivered Monday; they will be available for pickup at the OGPI on Wednesday and at Staging at the Asheville Outlet Mall on Thursday. Hospitality workers may pick up shirts at the Sammons Registration Desk ('Hospitality Desk') in the Sammons Wing. Drive/Staging volunteers may pick up shirts at the Staging area, if not received on Wednesday at OGPI. Late volunteers (not in original t-shirt order count) may still receive shirts based on availability.
- Hospitality and Goodie Bag volunteers: parking at the OGPI for non-registrants is up to $15/day in self-park, $22 for valet. Reimbursement is available from Treffen/PCA for self-park fees paid (not valet) but receipts are required: please keep receipts and submit for reimbursement after Treffen Asheville concludes. Instructions to follow.
For AR registrants in reduced-rate room block:
- Please check your room rate. If it is not the reduced rate, please call the OGPI to get the rate changed back.
